Angrezi Medium Cast, Trailer, Review and Star Performance

Angrezi Medium Cast: Irrfan Khan, Radhika Madan, Deepak Dobriyal

Director: Homi Adajania

Producer: Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande

Angrezi Medium is a story of a father daughter relationship which brings a new phase in their lives, some old ties which keep people along and lot of humour scene after scene makes this movie an interesting one. A fresh approach to the family drama, building relationship, adulting, youth rebels and the typical traditional Bollywood hungama.

In Hindi Medium, parents wanted to get their kids into English Medium, this movie takes this a step further. A doting father Champak Bansal(Irrfan) wants to send his daughter, Tarika (Radhika Madan) to London for graduation as she dreams of it.

Angrezi Medium Trailer

Just like Hindi Medium, this movie has lot of humor and a few touching moments as well. The daughter needs her freedom and her clueless father trying all possible things to fulfill her dream.

Currently, films with middle-class trivia with humor showcased the new favourites at the pavillion and given its comic and emotional twists, Angrezi Medium is kind of the family drama which is a worth watch for the entire family.

Irrfan, despite his tough phase of illness just before the shooting started has given brilliant performance as a doting father unwilling to let his little kid go away from him. Radhika Madan has a comforting chemistry with Irrfan. She easily connects one scene to another and her acting is great. Deepak Dobriyal is delightful. He can make even ordinary lines sound hilarious.

Director Homi Adajania knows his emotions well and has retained most of the cast from Hindi Medium. He tries to keep his audience engaged with humor. The perfect scenes and sequences that connect and he makes this family drama a perfect entertainer.

The background score and sounds perfectly coordinate with the movie.

Overall, a perfect movie to watch with your family. An unforgettable movie besides being an entertaining one.
